I have been working here for over 9 months. I started as a Junior Graphic Designer and at the same time was completing an internship. Even though I already had experience working with commercial projects, this internship gave me a lot. In addition, the process of getting into the company's workflow was smooth and comfortable. I am currently working as a UX/UI/Graphic Designer and I like that I can choose my career path. Also, the procedure for salary revision is regular and clear.

I am leaving positive feedback about the Red Rocket team. The recruitment of employees in the company is very professional - in just 4 days I passed all the stages of the interview, including an introduction to HR, a technical interview, and an English language test. The first impression of the company is as positive as possible.

I worked at the company for about a year and a half and every day I found an opportunity to develop. The management of the company and the team always supported my ideas and looked for ways to implement them. Upon starting, I received a comprehensive onboarding experience, including an explanation of company procedures and contact points for various needs. A helpful RACI matrix was also created to document this information. Since the entire company works remotely, the management decided to open a meta office, which helped to elevate the working atmosphere and gave the feeling that you are in the actual office with your colleagues.
