Business Challenge
Many European online retailers can benefit from this high-performing AI system. As a result, we aimed to customize the guts of Salesforce to increase client service efficiency. Our main task was to customize widgets, such as sliders, CTAs, profile extensions, and personalized messaging. These new features enable us to quickly grow the productivity of the Salesforce AI chatbot across channels and address issues.
We began with exploration, delving deeply into the Ultimate and Salesforce platforms. Our team has developed an estimate breakdown outlining the core project features. Following a series of workshops, we provided assumptions, hazards, and min/max calculations.
Solution
After extensive research-and-development, we aimed to create plugin Chrome with two files. We streamlined the chatbot’s AI performance with the first list of logic plugins, while the second one styled the messages based on that.
To deliver a project, we assigned a SCRUM coordinator and a Principal Engineer who worked closely with our CTO. Afterward, we included more experts to cover any upcoming tasks. Collaboratively, we’ve constructed cohesive and efficient customer service through Salesforce integration.
