LUFF’s existing website wasn’t meeting customer expectations. Navigation was clunky, and filtering products was difficult. Since 90% of their traffic came from mobile users, afully responsive and intuitive design was a must. They needed an upgrade – one that would drive conversions and improve usability.

Solution

Our team took a deep dive into user behavior and designed an eCommerce platform that makes shopping effortless. We fixed product filtering, making it easier for customers to find what they need. The mobile experience was completely reworked to be smooth, fast, and visually appealing. Call-to-action buttons were strategically placed to encourage purchases. We didn’t stop at just the interface. The back-end was optimized for easy content management, allowing LUFF’s team to update products, promotions, and visuals without hassle.

We even helped adapt their SMS communications and provided guidance for product photoshoots to maintain a consistent brand identity. Now, LUFF has a sleek, high-performing online store that looks great and works even better. As one of their team members put: "We doubted a redesign was needed, but now we’re glad we did it."
