Business Challenge
The client approached us with the need to create a modern mobile app that connects drivers and valet staff in real time. It was also essential to design an admin panel to manage staff activity, view vehicle status, and monitor delivery requests to hotel entrances. The client emphasized the need for real-time tracking, operational transparency, and a seamless guest experience.
Solution
We delivered a full-stack system consisting of a mobile app for valets and drivers, and a web-based admin panel for hotel management. The mobile app supports vehicle logging, photo capture, real-time updates, and request notifications. The admin dashboard offers a clear overview of all current vehicle operations, delivery requests, valet routes, and performance analytics.
