Business Challenge

Many European online retailers can benefit from this high-performing AI system. Therefore, our goal was to customize Salesforce to enhance client service efficiency. Our main task was to tailor widgets, such as sliders, CTAs, profile extensions, and personalized messaging. These new features enable us to quickly boost the productivity of the Salesforce AI chatbot across multiple channels and address customer issues effectively. We began with an exploration phase, thoroughly analyzing the Ultimate and Salesforce platforms. Our team then developed an estimate breakdown outlining the core project features. After a series of workshops, we provided assumptions, identified potential risks, and performed min/max calculations.

Solution

After extensive research and development, we set out to create a Chrome plugin with two files. The first file optimized the chatbot's AI performance using a set of logic plugins, while the second file styled the messages accordingly. To ensure the successful delivery of the project, we assigned a SCRUM coordinator and a Principal Engineer, who worked closely with our CTO. As the project progressed, we brought in additional experts to handle emerging tasks. Through this collaborative effort, we successfully built a cohesive and efficient customer service solution via Salesforce integration.
